أَرَءَیۡتَ ٱلَّذِی یُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّینِ
﴿١﴾
Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)?(1)
Tafseer:
فَذَ ٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِی یَدُعُّ ٱلۡیَتِیمَ
﴿٢﴾
Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),(2)
Tafseer:
وَلَا یَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِینِ
﴿٣﴾
And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.(3)
Tafseer:
فَوَیۡلࣱ لِّلۡمُصَلِّینَ
﴿٤﴾
So woe to the worshippers(4)
Tafseer:
ٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ عَن صَلَاتِهِمۡ سَاهُونَ
﴿٥﴾
Who are neglectful of their prayers,(5)
Tafseer:
ٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ یُرَاۤءُونَ
﴿٦﴾
Those who (want but) to be seen (of men),(6)
Tafseer:
وَیَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ
﴿٧﴾
But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs.(7)
