وَٱلۡمُرۡسَلَـٰتِ عُرۡفࣰا
﴿١﴾
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit);(1)
Tafseer:
فَٱلۡعَـٰصِفَـٰتِ عَصۡفࣰا
﴿٢﴾
Which then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts,(2)
Tafseer:
وَٱلنَّـٰشِرَ ٰتِ نَشۡرࣰا
﴿٣﴾
And scatter (things) far and wide;(3)
Tafseer:
فَٱلۡفَـٰرِقَـٰتِ فَرۡقࣰا
﴿٤﴾
Then separate them, one from another,(4)
Tafseer:
فَٱلۡمُلۡقِیَـٰتِ ذِكۡرًا
﴿٥﴾
Then spread abroad a Message,(5)
Tafseer:
عُذۡرًا أَوۡ نُذۡرًا
﴿٦﴾
Whether of Justification or of Warning;-(6)
Tafseer:
إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَ ٰقِعࣱ
﴿٧﴾
Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass.(7)
Tafseer:
فَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ طُمِسَتۡ
﴿٨﴾
Then when the stars become dim;(8)
Tafseer:
وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ فُرِجَتۡ
﴿٩﴾
When the heaven is cleft asunder;(9)
Tafseer:
وَإِذَا ٱلۡجِبَالُ نُسِفَتۡ
﴿١٠﴾
When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust;(10)
Tafseer:
وَإِذَا ٱلرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتۡ
﴿١١﴾
And when the messengers are (all) appointed a time (to collect);-(11)
Tafseer:
لِأَیِّ یَوۡمٍ أُجِّلَتۡ
﴿١٢﴾
For what Day are these (portents) deferred?(12)
Tafseer:
لِیَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ
﴿١٣﴾
For the Day of Sorting out.(13)
Tafseer:
وَمَاۤ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا یَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ
﴿١٤﴾
And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out?(14)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿١٥﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(15)
Tafseer:
أَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
﴿١٦﴾
Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)?(16)
Tafseer:
ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِینَ
﴿١٧﴾
So shall We make later (generations) follow them.(17)
Tafseer:
كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ
﴿١٨﴾
Thus do We deal with men of sin.(18)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿١٩﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(19)
Tafseer:
أَلَمۡ نَخۡلُقكُّم مِّن مَّاۤءࣲ مَّهِینࣲ
﴿٢٠﴾
Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?-(20)
Tafseer:
فَجَعَلۡنَـٰهُ فِی قَرَارࣲ مَّكِینٍ
﴿٢١﴾
The which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed,(21)
Tafseer:
إِلَىٰ قَدَرࣲ مَّعۡلُومࣲ
﴿٢٢﴾
For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)?(22)
Tafseer:
فَقَدَرۡنَا فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡقَـٰدِرُونَ
﴿٢٣﴾
For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things).(23)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٢٤﴾
Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth!(24)
Tafseer:
أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَلِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ كِفَاتًا
﴿٢٥﴾
Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together.(25)
Tafseer:
أَحۡیَاۤءࣰ وَأَمۡوَ ٰتࣰا
﴿٢٦﴾
The living and the dead,(26)
Tafseer:
وَجَعَلۡنَا فِیهَا رَوَ ٰسِیَ شَـٰمِخَـٰتࣲ وَأَسۡقَیۡنَـٰكُم مَّاۤءࣰ فُرَاتࣰا
﴿٢٧﴾
And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)?(27)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٢٨﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(28)
Tafseer:
ٱنطَلِقُوۤاْ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ
﴿٢٩﴾
(It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false!(29)
Tafseer:
ٱنطَلِقُوۤاْ إِلَىٰ ظِلࣲّ ذِی ثَلَـٰثِ شُعَبࣲ
﴿٣٠﴾
"Depart ye to a Shadow (of smoke ascending) in three columns,(30)
Tafseer:
لَّا ظَلِیلࣲ وَلَا یُغۡنِی مِنَ ٱللَّهَبِ
﴿٣١﴾
"(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze.(31)
Tafseer:
إِنَّهَا تَرۡمِی بِشَرَرࣲ كَٱلۡقَصۡرِ
﴿٣٢﴾
"Indeed it throws about sparks (huge) as Forts,(32)
Tafseer:
كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَـٰلَتࣱ صُفۡرࣱ
﴿٣٣﴾
"As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)."(33)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٣٤﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(34)
Tafseer:
هَـٰذَا یَوۡمُ لَا یَنطِقُونَ
﴿٣٥﴾
That will be a Day when they shall not be able to speak.(35)
Tafseer:
وَلَا یُؤۡذَنُ لَهُمۡ فَیَعۡتَذِرُونَ
﴿٣٦﴾
Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas.(36)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٣٧﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(37)
Tafseer:
هَـٰذَا یَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِۖ جَمَعۡنَـٰكُمۡ وَٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
﴿٣٨﴾
That will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before (you)!(38)
Tafseer:
فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمۡ كَیۡدࣱ فَكِیدُونِ
﴿٣٩﴾
Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me!(39)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٤٠﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(40)
Tafseer:
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ فِی ظِلَـٰلࣲ وَعُیُونࣲ
﴿٤١﴾
As to the Righteous, they shall be amidst (cool) shades and springs (of water).(41)
Tafseer:
وَفَوَ ٰكِهَ مِمَّا یَشۡتَهُونَ
﴿٤٢﴾
And (they shall have) fruits,- all they desire.(42)
Tafseer:
كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِیۤـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
﴿٤٣﴾
"Eat ye and drink ye to your heart's content: for that ye worked (Righteousness).(43)
Tafseer:
إِنَّا كَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ
﴿٤٤﴾
Thus do We certainly reward the Doers of Good.(44)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٤٥﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(45)
Tafseer:
كُلُواْ وَتَمَتَّعُواْ قَلِیلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجۡرِمُونَ
﴿٤٦﴾
(O ye unjust!) Eat ye and enjoy yourselves (but) a little while, for that ye are Sinners.(46)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٤٧﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(47)
Tafseer:
وَإِذَا قِیلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا یَرۡكَعُونَ
﴿٤٨﴾
And when it is said to them, "Prostrate yourselves!" they do not so.(48)
Tafseer:
وَیۡلࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
﴿٤٩﴾
Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth!(49)
Tafseer:
فَبِأَیِّ حَدِیثِۭ بَعۡدَهُۥ یُؤۡمِنُونَ
﴿٥٠﴾
Then what Message, after that, will they believe in?(50)
