Surah An-Nazi'at (Those who Pull Out) - Aya count 46

وَٱلنَّـٰزِعَـٰتِ غَرۡقࣰا ﴿١﴾

Per gli strappanti violenti! [La maggior parte degli esegeti ritiene che i soggetti dell'invocazione espressa nei primi cinque versetti siano gli angeli incaricati di prendere le anime dei moribondi. In base a questa ipotesi sarà possibile formulare la traduzione interpretativa con parole molto diverse da quelle del testo coranico. Lo faremo nelle note per proporre al lettore il significato comunemente accettato dall'esegesi islamica] [“Per gli angeli che strappano le anime degli empi con violenza!”]

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

وَٱلنَّـٰشِطَـٰتِ نَشۡطࣰا ﴿٢﴾

Per i correnti veloci! [“Per gli angeli che delicatamente ritirano le anime dei credenti!”]

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

وَٱلسَّـٰبِحَـٰتِ سَبۡحࣰا ﴿٣﴾

Per i nuotanti leggeri! [“Per gli angeli che fluttuano liberamente nello spazio!”]

فَٱلسَّـٰبِقَـٰتِ سَبۡقࣰا ﴿٤﴾

Per i sopravanzanti con foga [“Per gli angeli che energicamente precedono le anime dei beati!”]

فَٱلۡمُدَبِّرَ ٰ⁠تِ أَمۡرࣰا ﴿٥﴾

per sistemare ogni cosa! [“Per gli angeli che fanno applicare i decreti di Allah!”]

یَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلرَّاجِفَةُ ﴿٦﴾

Il Giorno in cui risuonerà il Risuonante, [“il Risuonante”: il Corno del Giudizio fa risuonare il primo dei tre squilli fatidici. Si potrebbe anche tradurre: “il Giorno in cui la terra tremerà violentemente”]

تَتۡبَعُهَا ٱلرَّادِفَةُ ﴿٧﴾

al quale seguirà il successivo, [“seguirà il successivo”: il secondo squillo del Corno, quello a cui risponderanno i morti, alzandosi dalle loro tombe, oppure “e sarà reiterata la scossa”]

قُلُوبࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ وَاجِفَةٌ ﴿٨﴾

il quel Giorno tremeranno i cuori

أَبۡصَـٰرُهَا خَـٰشِعَةࣱ ﴿٩﴾

e saranno abbassati gli sguardi.

یَقُولُونَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرۡدُودُونَ فِی ٱلۡحَافِرَةِ ﴿١٠﴾

Dicono: “Saremo ricondotti [sulla terra]

أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَـٰمࣰا نَّخِرَةࣰ ﴿١١﴾

quando già saremo ossa marcite?”.

قَالُواْ تِلۡكَ إِذࣰا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةࣱ ﴿١٢﴾

Dicono: “Sarebbe questo un disastroso ritorno!”.

فَإِنَّمَا هِیَ زَجۡرَةࣱ وَ ٰ⁠حِدَةࣱ ﴿١٣﴾

Ci sarà un solo grido,

فَإِذَا هُم بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ ﴿١٤﴾

ed eccoli risvegliati, sulla superficie [della terra].

هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِیثُ مُوسَىٰۤ ﴿١٥﴾

Non ti giunse [o Muhammad] la storia di Mosè?

إِذۡ نَادَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ بِٱلۡوَادِ ٱلۡمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى ﴿١٦﴾

Quando lo chiamò il suo Signore, nella valle santa di Tuwâ:

ٱذۡهَبۡ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ ﴿١٧﴾

“Va' da Faraone, invero è divenuto un ribelle!”.

فَقُلۡ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰۤ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ ﴿١٨﴾

E digli: Sei disposto a purificarti,

وَأَهۡدِیَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخۡشَىٰ ﴿١٩﴾

sicché io ti guidi verso il tuo Signore e tu [Lo] tema?".

فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلۡـَٔایَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ ﴿٢٠﴾

Gli mostrò poi il segno più grande.

فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ ﴿٢١﴾

Ma quello tacciò di menzogna e disobbedì,

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ یَسۡعَىٰ ﴿٢٢﴾

poi volse le spalle e si distolse.

فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ ﴿٢٣﴾

Convocò [i notabili] e proclamò:

فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ ﴿٢٤﴾

“Sono io il vostro signore, l'altissimo”.

فَأَخَذَهُ ٱللَّهُ نَكَالَ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰۤ ﴿٢٥﴾

Lo colpì Allah con il castigo nell'altra vita e in questa.

إِنَّ فِی ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ لَعِبۡرَةࣰ لِّمَن یَخۡشَىٰۤ ﴿٢٦﴾

In ciò vi è motivo di riflessione per chi è timorato [di Allah].

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَمِ ٱلسَّمَاۤءُۚ بَنَىٰهَا ﴿٢٧﴾

Sareste voi più difficili da creare o il cielo che [Egli] ha edificato?

رَفَعَ سَمۡكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا ﴿٢٨﴾

Ne ha innalzato la volta e le ha dato perfetta armonia,

وَأَغۡطَشَ لَیۡلَهَا وَأَخۡرَجَ ضُحَىٰهَا ﴿٢٩﴾

ha fatto oscura la sua notte e ha fatto brillare il chiarore del suo giorno.

وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ ذَ ٰ⁠لِكَ دَحَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٣٠﴾

Dopo di ciò ha esteso la terra:

أَخۡرَجَ مِنۡهَا مَاۤءَهَا وَمَرۡعَىٰهَا ﴿٣١﴾

ne ha tratto l'acqua e i pascoli,

وَٱلۡجِبَالَ أَرۡسَىٰهَا ﴿٣٢﴾

e le montagne le ha ancorate,

مَتَـٰعࣰا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَـٰمِكُمۡ ﴿٣٣﴾

sì che ne godeste voi e il vostro bestiame.

فَإِذَا جَاۤءَتِ ٱلطَّاۤمَّةُ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ ﴿٣٤﴾

Poi, quando verrà il grande cataclisma,

یَوۡمَ یَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ مَا سَعَىٰ ﴿٣٥﴾

il Giorno in cui l'uomo ricorderà in cosa si è impegnato,

وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِیمُ لِمَن یَرَىٰ ﴿٣٦﴾

e apparirà la Fornace per chi potrà vederla,

فَأَمَّا مَن طَغَىٰ ﴿٣٧﴾

colui che si sarà ribellato,

وَءَاثَرَ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡیَا ﴿٣٨﴾

e avrà preferito la vita terrena,

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَحِیمَ هِیَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ ﴿٣٩﴾

avrà invero la Fornace per rifugio.

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ ﴿٤٠﴾

E colui che avrà paventato di comparire davanti al suo Signore e avrà preservato l'animo suo dalle passioni,

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِیَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ ﴿٤١﴾

avrà invero il Giardino per rifugio.

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

یَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِ أَیَّانَ مُرۡسَىٰهَا ﴿٤٢﴾

T'interpellano a proposito dell'Ora: “Quando giungerà?”.

فِیمَ أَنتَ مِن ذِكۡرَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٤٣﴾

Che [scienza] ne hai per informarli?

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ مُنتَهَىٰهَاۤ ﴿٤٤﴾

Al tuo Signore il termine.

Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

إِنَّمَاۤ أَنتَ مُنذِرُ مَن یَخۡشَىٰهَا ﴿٤٥﴾

Tu non sei che un ammonitore per coloro che la paventano.

كَأَنَّهُمۡ یَوۡمَ یَرَوۡنَهَا لَمۡ یَلۡبَثُوۤاْ إِلَّا عَشِیَّةً أَوۡ ضُحَىٰهَا ﴿٤٦﴾

Il Giorno in cui la vedranno, sarà come se fossero rimasti [sulla terra] una sera o un mattino.
